Pursuant its Statutes, “the Council has the staff required for carrying out its tasks, and its appropriation, organization, running and competencies will be set down in an internal regulation.”
Technical Services are headed by a director, appointed from among the technical staff, under a three-year service commission, that may be renewed by a resolution of the Senior Board.
