CFP at the Economic Crisis and Multilevel Finance Conference

The Portuguese Public Finance Council (CFP) participated at this conference, organized by the Asia Research Centre (London School of Economics) and the Centre of Applied Economics Studies of the Atlantic (Economics and Business Administration Department, University of Azores), and held at the University of Azores, Ponta Delgada, on 5 and 6 July 2012. The CFP was represented by his Executive Member, Prof. Rui Nuno Baleiras, who addressed the audience to introduce the CFP—a most recent institutional innovation in Portugal—and comment the current challenges facing Portuguese regional and local public finance.
