Conference: “Which resources for our future: the next EU Financial Framework”

The proposal of a Multiannual Financial Framework for 2014/2020, recently approved by the European Council, is being negotiated with the European Parliament. Rui Nuno Baleiras, Executive Member of the Portuguese Public Finance Council, discussed possible implications for Portugal in the areas of public finance and economic development policy. The presentation happened on 22 March 2013 at Minho University, in Braga, on a conference entitled “Which resources for our future: the next EU Financial Framework”.
