Miguel St. Aubyn, executive member of the Senior Board of the Portuguese Public Finance Council, was the guest of Professor Nuno Crato in the program "Note 20", a partnership between Iniciativa Educação and Rádio Observador, to discuss "The economic impacts of schools closure".
