Teodora Cardoso on Accountig and Public Expenditure Management

Teodora Cardoso, President of the Portuguese Public Finance Council, participated in the Conference “Um novo olhar sobre a Administração Pública: o Sistema de Normalização Contabilística para as Administrações Públicas” on the  General Government Accounting Standards System which was held at the Instituto Politécnico do Porto, on February 22, 2016, with a presentation entitled “Better Accounting, Planning Condition and Effective Public Expenditure Management“.
