Carlos Marinheiro debate on ETV

Carlos Marinheiro, Member of the Portuguese Public Finance Council, took part in the ETV debate “Europa.28”, on the EU budget assessment of Member States. The MEP Nuno Melo and the former Secretary of State Emanuel Santos also participated in this debate, led by the journalist Catarina Duarte.
