Hearing at the Parliamentary Committee on Budget, Finance and Public Administration

The Portuguese Public Finance Council (CFP) was heard by the Parliament concerning the seventh revision of the Budget Framework Law. The audition took place on February 22^nd by request of the Committee on Budget, Finance and Public Administration. CFP was represented by the Chair, Teodora Cardoso and the Executive Member, Rui Nuno Baleiras.

The hearing ( in Portuguese) occurred within the specialty appreciation framework of the Draft Law No. 124/XII/2ª that amends, for the 7^th time, the Budget Framework Law, approved by Law No. 91/2011, of August 20^th—Parliamentary Hearing No. 143-COFAP-XII-Extraordinary. The presentation (available in Portuguese language only) of CFP’s President was based on the Opinion that CFP published with comments to the referred Law proposition.
