"Investment in the Context of Public Debt" by Teodora Cardoso

The article “Investment in the Context of Public Debt” written by the CFP President Teodora Cardoso was presented at the international seminar “What future for public finance citizenship?” held in Lisbon, at Palácio Foz, on June 26, organised by the Court of Auditors and the Association pour la Fondation Internationale de Finances Publiques.

In that event, the intervention of the CFP President was replaced by its Executive Member, Rui Nuno Baleiras, who was inspired by the text written by Teodora Cardoso, in order to develop the topic of the investment conditions as a private decision.
