Rui Nuno Baleiras at Workshop in Minho University

Rui Nuno Baleiras, Executive Member of the Portuguese Public Finance Council, participated in the presentation workshop of the study “Monitoring the development of municipal revenue and expenditure”, from Minho University held on June 12. The event discussed the future of local finances on the basis of preliminary results of this study.
