Nazaré da Costa Cabral debates the future of labour

Nazaré da Costa Cabral discussed the future of work at the conference Beyond the Future, organized by EY on June 6 in Lisbon.

In this conference, which results from nine months of discussion around the digital transformation, was presented the EY Observatory: Digital Portugal on the digital habits of the Portuguese, their attitudes and expectations in the face of digital transformation and the impact of digitization on professional performance.

The chair of CFP joined the panel on the future of work that discussed the threats of automation, the increasing introduction of artificial intelligence and global competition for talent, as well as the impact on the social contracts of the future.

In this panel, the participants interacted with a social robot in an experience that intended to demonstrate the growing interaction between humans and machines.
