CFP’s Opinion regarding the 8th amendment to the Budgetary Framework Law

CFP releases its Opinion regarding the Law proposal no. 550/XII, from PSD and CDS Parliamentary Groups, on the 8th amendment to the Budgetary Framework Law, Law no. 91/2001 from 20 August.

This Opinion focus on changes regarding the CFP role, as a result of a new European framework for monitoring and assessing draft budgetary plans and ensuring the correction of excessive deficits in euro-area Member States. The CFP Opinion also refers to the structural balance changes following the new European rules.
